Do you work with businesses outside Chennai?
Yes. We are based in Chennai and that is our only office, but we work with clients elsewhere in India and internationally. Most of the process runs over calls and shared files, with on-site work arranged where a project genuinely needs it.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope — the number of deliverables, how many rounds of review you need, and how quickly material and approvals come back from your side. We give you a schedule once the scope is agreed.
What does a project with The Known Designer involve?
We start by understanding your business, your audience and what the work has to achieve. You see work in progress at each stage rather than a single big reveal at the end, so there are no surprises.
