Product Design

End-to-end digital product design — scoping, flows, interface and the iterations that follow launch.

From Idea To A Product People Keep Using

We help define what the first version should actually contain, design it properly, and keep improving it once real people are using it. The focus is on a product that earns repeat use, not a feature list.

What’s included

01

Product Discovery

Defining the problem, the audience and the smallest version worth building.

02

User Flows

Mapping every path through the product, including the ones that go wrong.

03

MVP Definition

Deciding what ships first and what deliberately waits.

04

Interaction Design

States, transitions and feedback that make the product feel predictable.

05

Usability Testing

Watching real people use it and fixing what trips them up.

06

Iteration

Design that continues after launch, informed by how the product is actually used.

Questions

You’re covered.

What does a Product Design project with The Known Designer involve?

We start by understanding your business, your audience and what the work has to achieve. From there the engagement typically covers product discovery, user flows, mvp definition and more. You see work in progress at each stage rather than only at the end.

How long does a Product Design project take?

It depends entirely on scope — the number of deliverables, how many rounds of review you need, and how quickly material and approvals come back from your side. We give you a schedule once the scope is agreed, and we would rather quote honestly than promise a date we cannot hold.

Do you work with businesses outside Chennai?

Yes. We are based in Chennai and that is our only office, but we work with clients elsewhere in India and internationally. Most of the process runs over calls and shared files, with on-site work arranged where a project genuinely needs it.

Have a project in mind?

Let’s make your brand known.

Tell us what you’re building — we’ll come back with ideas, a plan and an honest quote.
