UX Research
Understanding the people who will use the product and the jobs they need done.
Research, structure and interface design for websites, apps and dashboards that people can actually use.
We design digital products around real tasks: what someone is trying to do, what gets in their way, and the shortest honest path between the two. The output is a tested, buildable interface, not a set of pretty screens.
Most product problems are structure problems. Fixing them before development is far cheaper than after.
Understanding the people who will use the product and the jobs they need done.
Organising screens and navigation so people can find things without instruction.
Clickable flows you can test with real users before anything is built.
Visual design applied to a structure that already works.
Reusable components so the product stays consistent as it grows.
Specs, states and assets organised so engineering is not left guessing.
We start by understanding your business, your audience and what the work has to achieve. From there the engagement typically covers ux research, information architecture, wireframes & prototypes and more. You see work in progress at each stage rather than only at the end.
It depends entirely on scope — the number of deliverables, how many rounds of review you need, and how quickly material and approvals come back from your side. We give you a schedule once the scope is agreed, and we would rather quote honestly than promise a date we cannot hold.
Yes. We are based in Chennai and that is our only office, but we work with clients elsewhere in India and internationally. Most of the process runs over calls and shared files, with on-site work arranged where a project genuinely needs it.

Tell us what you’re building — we’ll come back with ideas, a plan and an honest quote.
